AN ESCAPE FROM THE CHAOS, INSPIRED BY THE CALM.
Pescado isn’t your typical luxury development.
For Chloe and Paul Fisher, it was personal—a family sanctuary in Palm Beach, designed to slow down and create a point of anchor.
This project already had the architecture, the postcode, the team and the vision.
But it needed a story. Something people could feel.
That’s where Chaos to Calm was born.
We led with this singular creative direction. Not a tagline, a truth.
One that reflected Chloe and Paul’s own journey, and became the emotional anchor for everything that followed.
It shaped the visuals, the tone, the photography, the rollout.
It brought the architects and creative collaborators into alignment. It turned a high-end campaign into something with real soul, human, grounded and deeply personal.

We built a brand designed to sell more than square metres.
For Chloe and Paul Fisher, Pescado isn’t just a residence – it’s the culmination of their journey as a couple, as parents, and as global citizens.
The Fishers have created Pescado as their forever home; an escape from the beautiful chaos of their lives. They want residents to step into their homes and fall in love with what they’ve created — a sanctuary where, when you arrive, you can truly slow down and never have to leave.
“OUR LIVES ARE CHAOTIC—WE’RE IN LA, IBIZA AND LONDON. FOR US, IT’S IMPORTANT THAT WHEN WE SET FOOT INSIDE OUR HOME, WE FEEL A SENSE OF CALM AND SERENITY.”
CHLOE FISHER
