Design, Intention & Sunshine: The Story Behind Chloe and Paul Fisher’s Pescado

Recently featured in Style Magazines, Pescado Palm Beach is described as “a blend of soul, surf and architectural luxury”—and honestly, that sums it up perfectly.

For us at No Diving Studio (NDVG), this project was never about pushing the traditional property narrative. It was about creating a brand experience that feels like Chloe and Paul Fisher: grounded in global taste, driven by intention, and fuelled by a love for the Gold Coast lifestyle.

From Chaos to Calm: A Wellness-Led Brand Story

Style Magazines celebrated the project’s fusion of tranquility and energy—a theme we brought to life through the brand identity and creative direction. Pescado’s “Chaos to Calm” concept wasn’t just a tagline. It was a lived experience for the Fishers, and we were entrusted with the honour of translating that emotion into visuals, story, and touchpoints across digital, print, and film.

From Chloe’s ritual-driven lifestyle and love of design to Paul’s magnetic presence and sense of place, every element was crafted to reflect something more than luxury—it reflects life.

More Than a Development—A Personal Vision

As Style notes, this isn’t just bricks and mortar. It’s a retreat. A reset. A forever home, imagined with wellness, family, and connection at its core. From wave-inspired architecture by BDA Architecture to interiors that breathe with space and serenity, everything about Pescado speaks to a new kind of coastal living.

We’re proud to have shaped that vision into a brand that’s resonating with buyers, media, and design lovers alike.
