Quiet Confidence, Loud Impact

As reported by Sunshine Coast News, construction has officially kicked off at Jura Noosa—a $43 million residential address that brings refined living to the heart of Noosa Junction. But what stands out isn’t just the price tag or prime location—it’s the sense of quiet ambition behind the project.

Led by Milestone PG and designed by Blackburne Jackson, Jura is more than a collection of 22 residences. It’s a sign of what’s next for Noosa: growth that feels grounded. Thoughtful. Boutique by nature, not just by name.

Branding for a Community, Not a Commodity

At No Diving Studio (NDVG), we were brought in to help reposition the Jura brand ahead of its public release. Our work wasn’t about shouting from the rooftops—it was about crafting something purposeful. Something that felt right for Noosa, but new enough to cut through the noise.

From brochure to signage to identity, everything was built to reflect the considered pace of life here—slow mornings, long walks, leafy streets. A brand with a pulse, but never pushy.

A Smart Response to Local Demand

The Sunshine Coast is experiencing rapid momentum, and Jura’s location—just steps from Hastings Street, the Junction, and the national park—positions it as a lifestyle-first response to market demand. The branding needed to meet that with confidence, clarity, and a premium feel.

We’re proud to have played a part in helping Jura claim its place—not just as a building, but as a new chapter for Milestone PG in Noosa.
