We’ve been quietly working on this one for a while, dreaming, designing, refining. And now, with development approval confirmed, it’s starting to feel real.

NALU by Monaco is the latest project from Monaco Property Group, set on the former Nobby’s Outlook site along Marine Parade in Miami, Gold Coast. The $500 million oceanfront development will bring together BDA Architecture, Tom Mark Henry, and LDG Landscape Architecture to create a collection of 45 private beachfront residences — each shaped by the rhythm of the coastline.

Our role as Creative Partner has been to define the brand story and identity behind NALU — one that reflects the stillness, strength, and natural beauty of the site. The vision is simple: to create something designed with intention, grounded in beauty, and destined to endure.

At the heart of the project is a wellness and lifestyle precinct — a bathhouse, fitness studio, and resort-style pool designed for calm, connection, and longevity. Every element has been considered through the lens of legacy —

both for Monaco Property Group and for the families who will call NALU by Monaco home.

This one’s been a true collaboration — from the precision of BDA’s architecture to the refined interiors by Tom Mark Henry, the coastal landscape design by LDG, and the forward vision of Monaco Property Group. We’re proud to be shaping the narrative that ties it all together.
