From the Ground Up: Jura Noosa Breaks Ground with Milestone PG
This February, the team at Milestone Property Group officially broke ground on Jura Noosa—a $43 million boutique residential development set in the lush heart of Noosa Heads. Surrounded by the hum of palm trees and possibility, the sod-turning ceremony marked more than the start of construction—it signalled the arrival of something distinct and meaningful on the Sunshine Coast.
For us at No Diving Studio (NDVG Studio), it was a full-circle moment. Having been entrusted with the creative repositioning of Jura, we were proud to see the project step confidently into the market with a brand that feels as considered as the architecture itself.
More Than Dirt: Building Momentum Through Brand
When Milestone PG brought us in, Jura had potential—but needed clarity. Our role was to refine and relaunch the identity ahead of its public release. Through creative direction, storytelling, and visual branding, we crafted a new narrative that reflected the quiet luxury and emotional aspiration behind the development.
This wasn’t branding for branding’s sake. It was strategic groundwork that aligned the visual identity with the developer’s vision, the local landscape, and the expectations of a discerning Noosa buyer.
