DJ Fisher launches luxury property development, Pescado, at Palm Beach

Designed to slow you down. Branded to make you feel.

If you’ve flicked through Domain this week, you might’ve seen a little project we’ve poured a lot of love into: Pescado Palm Beach. A laid-back, luxury coastal retreat brought to life by Chloe and Paul Fisher — and creatively backed by us at No Diving.

This was one of those rare projects that hit the sweet spot. Equal parts ambitious and soulful. Equal parts chaos and calm.

The brief?

Build a brand and marketing campaign that matched the property’s emotional pull. One that spoke not just to finishes and floorplans — but to feeling. Belonging. Nostalgia.

Our role?

From day one, we worked closely with Chloe and Paul to shape Pescado’s full brand identity, creative direction, storytelling, film, photography, social presence and campaign rollout.

No fluff. Just a clear point of view — grounded in place, family, and presence.

Because while Pescado might look like a dream coastal address (which it is), it’s also deeply personal. Designed by Chloe and Paul as a sanctuary for slow living. A home that reflects their values, rituals, and belief that the best kind of luxury is the kind that brings you peace.

Why it mattered

We don’t take every project that lands in our inbox. But when something like this comes along — a rare blend of architecture, design, story and purpose — we’re in.

To us, this isn’t just another luxury residence. It’s a case study in what happens when every detail, every word, every visual is aligned. Strategy + gut instinct. Design + feeling. Structure + soul.

Big love to Chloe, Paul, FKD Studio, Pezet Matheson, The Avanti Group, BDA Architecture and every creative collaborator who trusted us to shape the Pescado brand and bring this one to market.
